New Rating Reveals Paris’s Top Hotels Based on Guest Reviews

Start

A pioneering hospitality study has published the first comprehensive ranking of hotels in Paris based entirely on guest reviews. The “Top 100 Best Hotels in Paris 2024/25” is now freely accessible at Top100besthotels.com and represents a significant step toward data‑driven transparency in hotel quality.

This ranking is designed to help travelers make better-informed decisions while recognizing the outstanding efforts of Parisian hotels that consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A Data‑Driven Methodology

The ranking analyses more than 800,000 individual ratings and comments from major platforms for the period summer 2024 to spring 2025. It evaluates every hotel in Paris with 20 or more rooms – over 1 ,250 properties. Scores are generated via the HotScore™ index, which combines quantitative measures (rating scores and number of reviews) with qualitative feedback to present a balanced picture of guest satisfaction. The results are published under a strict “no advertising, no sponsorship, no pay‑to‑play” policy and the full list is available to the public free of charge.

About Top 100 Best Hotels

The Top 100 ranking was developed by an independent team of tourism, data‑analytics and digital‑media professionals aiming to bring greater transparency to hotel evaluation. Their methodology consolidates reviews from all major online platforms and has previously been recognised through the “Top 100 Best Hotels in Bulgaria” initiative. The current Paris ranking underscores the commitment to fairness: no hotel pays to participate and the full results are publicly available.

The project for calculating and continuously updating the TOP 100 Best Hotels rankings has been approved and co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP EIC), aimed at fostering innovation and excellence in the hospitality industry.

Future editions will expand to other major cities and regions. By spotlighting hospitality excellence and encouraging continuous improvement, the team behind Top100besthotels.com hopes to support travellers, tour operators and France’s tourism industry as a whole.
