Organizers of the Hotel & Tourism Investment Forum (HTIF.eu), the largest hospitality conference in Bulgaria, today announced the TOP 100 Best Hotels in Bulgaria 2022 ranking, which evaluates more than 1,200 hotels and resorts across the country.
The ranking is aimed at distinguishing hotels, which have achieved and sustained the highest level of guest satisfaction over the past year. These hotels set a standard for customer service and truly make a positive difference in Bulgaria’s tourism industry.
To calculate the ranking, the HTIF’s IT and data science team have considered guest ratings of over 1,200 Bulgarian hotels, with more than 20 rooms and a classification of three or more stars on the major international customer reviews platforms and OTA. These ratings were provided by our exclusive data partner TrustYou.
Elements of the ranking algorithm include the hotel classification, type – city, spa, seaside, mountain, and leisure (other), number of comments, and more.
